Starship Urban Management and Operation Company is rolling out an 18-month residential leasing partnership program at Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc titled “NHA SANG PHO DONG”. Rental payments are disbursed in two installments, each equivalent to 9 months of rent:
- Installment 1: Disbursed upon the owner’s completion and handover of the unit meeting handover acceptance standards.
- Installment 2: Disbursed 6 months after the unit officially enters commercial operation.
This mechanism offers owners a viable medium-term asset monetization model while removing the burden of tenant sourcing and day-to-day property management post-completion.
Starship: End-to-End Support from Fit-Out to Operation
Under this collaborative framework, property owners fund and execute the interior finishing of their homes. Starship provides end-to-end guidance from design alignment to final inspection, ensuring the property fulfills all operational criteria:
- Supplying or recommending standardized finishing templates optimized for rental efficiency.
- Connecting owners with qualified contractors for selection.
- Providing ongoing monitoring and support from the Property Management Board throughout the construction and fit-out phases.
Upon meeting full standards and completing formal handover, Starship directly manages property operations and tenant management in accordance with agreed terms.
