On 12 April, the developer of Meyhomes Capital Phú Quốc signed a distribution agreement for 94 high-end commercial townhouses in The Koradise sub-district with two strategic agents: Newstarhomes and SouthernHomes. This will be a vibrant Korean-style neighbourhood, bustling day and night, on the paradise island of Phú Quốc.

The decision to select Newstarhomes and SouthernHomes as F1 distribution partners for The Koradise sub-district once again demonstrates the developer’s confidence in its two strategic agents.
